Werner Van Steen succeeds Dirk Van Liempt at ADD

29 January 2021

As of February 1, Werner Van Steen will be our new CEO.

Dirk Van Liempt is retiring and is already excited about his successor: "It happens that Werner and I were already colleagues at KBC. I know him as a driven, dynamic and result-oriented person. Werner is absolutely the right person in the right place to help ADD continue to grow."

Werner is a KBC executive and until recently led the program to set up a greenfield digital insurer in Ireland. The 54-year-old economist has a rich history within various fields of KBC and thus brings a lot of experience with him.

Werner: "I know ADD as a customer-focused organization which handles service a top priority. I am looking forward to help ADD grow further as an established value within the insurance landscape."

We would like to thank Dirk for his years of driven engagement and commitment and wish Werner every success in his new position.
